To achieve quality in all educational processes, a proper relationship between families, educators, students, staff and representatives of the Cooperative is required. With the desire to achieve this goal, a group of parents with the support and enthusiasm of Professor Priscilla Grijalva Marín, have gathered in the Group Fans of the Best Team: The Family.
It is important to reflect on the role of family, school media and community groups that influence the personality formation and development of a healthy lifestyle and responsible high school students. For that, the fundamental task of the group is insisting on the need for a systematic work of the family, school and community to prevent conflicts or disagreements that create great confusion among students and a tendency to inconsistency and social irresponsibility. Then this group of parents is concerned with giving students the physical, psychological and social framework that takes into account their needs for growth and that is not designed to meet only the needs of adults. In this regard, teachers play a key role in the development of students' identities, so it is important to consider the integral aspect in the formation of students within the learning process.
For this we have decided to pair the Family Entity and the Educational Institution for the integrated development of the students at Jorge Volio Jiménez Bilingual High School and we have achieved this through different actions such as prevention workshops.
The group Fans of the Best Team: The Family has taken the decision to work towards improving the collegial atmosphere in which our children spend most of the day and where their formation as people is completed. We are interested in support the academic aspects according to our possibilities and means. We want students to appreciate their school and identify with it.
As a celebration of the day of the Patron Saint of the High School, St. Francis of Assisi, we carry out a Family Day with religious and recreational activities, including the Holy Mass, theatrical plays, and sports and cultural events.
